A Bit About Me
Emily Rich received her Doctorate of Philosophy in Occupational Therapy and Master of Occupational Therapy degree in December of 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Emily is a member of the Pi Theta Epsilon honor society, which requires superior scholarship and ranking in, the top 35% of the class. Her current research interests lie in the clinical practice of individuals with postural tachycardia syndrome including associated cognitive and physical impairments disrupting daily life participation.

Occupational Therapist: Tucson Medical Center
Serving as a clinical Occupational Therapist in Outpatient Therapy serving children, adolescents, and adults. Initial occupational therapist on the adult outpatient therapies team in building a new department. Specialty clinical populations: POTS, hEDS, Parkison disease, and chronic pain conditions.
Occupational Therapist and Founder: PIMA Therapies
Developed an occupational therapy private practice serving a range of ages and diagnoses specializing in ADHD, POTS, and hEDS. Practiced in office and home health settings.
Occupational Therapist: Milestone Pediatrics
Sole occupational therapist in a new occupational therapy clinic. Developed occupational therapy program and provided occupational therapy services to children and adolescents with a variety of developmental and neurological conditions.
